Field Trip

September 9

An exciting museum exhibit, “The Golden Age of Couture, Paris and London, 1947 – 1957″ at the Frist Center for the Visual Arts in Nashville, Tennessee.

the exhibit consists of over 100 items organized by the Victoria and Albert Museum in London. It features the work of at least 50 designers including Dior, Balenciaga, Balmain and Givenchy focusing on Paris Dressmaking, London Tailoring, undergarments and embroidery.
Several pieces are displayed inside out to show the couture techniques and there are also samples from the French Theatre de la Mode.

See our studio transformed into a holiday boutique, meet our students, explore the possibilities! An opportunity to purchase one of a kind creations by our students just in time for the holidays!

Gift wrapping services are available for a small fee, 100% of that fee will be donated to a charitable organization.
